What is Age App?
Age App is a fast, anonymous way to prove your age meets the requirements to access restricted content, services, or venues - online or in person. It uses biometric face scans and a one-time ID check to verify your age without exposing or sharing your personal information.
What if I get denied access?
If your age or location can’t be verified, Age App will block access to protect you and the business. You can try again with a clearer selfie, a valid ID, or contact support for help.
How does it work?
  1. Scan a QR code or tap “Verify with Age App.”
  2. Take a quick selfie. We confirm you're a real, live human and who you say you are.
  3. Age App matches your face to your verified ID to confirm your age.
You’re instantly approved (or denied), and your identity stays private.
Can I delete my data?
You control everything. Your verification records are encrypted and tied to your wallet, where only you hold the keys. If you choose to, you can delete your records and fully deactivate your Age App account at any time.
Do I have to upload my ID every time?
Nope. You verify once. After that, it’s just a quick face scan for fast re-verification. Your name, ID number, and photo aren’t visible and never shared with websites or businesses. Your verification history is not stored unless you opt in to store in your wallet.
Is this just like scanning my ID?
No, it’s safer. Scanning your ID on random sites exposes you to identity theft, tracking and data breaches. Age App only confirms its verified users age and general location (state), without handing over your identity.
Can businesses see my name or ID?
No. Businesses and websites only receive a verified yes/no response based on age and location. They never see your name, ID number, or biometric data. You remain anonymous unless you explicitly choose to share more.
